How do I register for the Cohere Provider Portal?
- Designate one practice administrator to register the organization — they’ll manage access for others.
- Visit coherehealth.com/provider/register and click the pink “Register” button.
- Enter your organization’s TIN (tax ID) and email address, then click “Create an account”.
- If your organization appears in the list, click “Join”—otherwise, add extra TINs or select “Create a new organization" .
- Provide registration details (name, organization, NPI, etc.) as prompted.
- Complete the email verification by clicking “Activate My Account” in the message you’ll receive .
- Set a password, choose a security question, and provide optional patient info (e.g., 5 member IDs + DOBs) if auto‑verification isn’t enabled.
- Wait for the system (or admin) to verify your account—this typically takes 1–2 business days .
- Once approved, go to next.coherehealth.com (or login portal) to sign in using your email and password.
- After login, you can submit authorizations, check eligibility, track status, and access support resources via the dashboard.
